Warranty Coverage
This commercial B2B warranty exclusively covers manufacturing defects in products sold by Tecmoving.
Warranty coverage periods are as follows:
Chassis and frame: 2 years
Motors, joystick, electronic control unit and charger: 1 year
Batteries: 12 months
The warranty period begins on the date the product is delivered to the distributor or purchasing company.
The warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear resulting from product use
Tyres, wheels, upholstery, armrests, fuses and other consumable parts
Damage caused by impacts, falls, humidity, liquids or accidents
Improper, negligent or non-compliant use with the user manual
Modifications or repairs carried out by unauthorized third parties
Damage resulting from inadequate maintenance
Intensive or heavy-duty use not previously declared
Damage caused during transportation carried out by third parties
Furthermore:
Labour costs are expressly excluded from the warranty.
Technician travel costs are not included.
In the event of a warranty claim, the seller/distributor must send the affected product or component to the facilities designated by Tecmoving for technical inspection.
To process any warranty claim, the following documentation will be required:
Product serial number
Invoice or proof of purchase
Photos and/or videos showing the issue
Detailed description of the detected problem
Tecmoving reserves the right to repair, replace or reimburse the defective component according to its technical assessment.
This B2B warranty exclusively covers manufacturing defects. It does not include labour costs, travel expenses, shipping costs, damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, humidity, impacts, unauthorized modifications or undeclared intensive use.
Tecmoving shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of income, loss of profit or any damages resulting from the temporary inability to use the product.
